About Me

Hi, judging by the 60pt font in the hero section that has my name on it, I'm guessing you know that I'm Ryan Ramos.

The rundown? I'm a Computer Science Major in my fourth year of college, and I have a strong passion for playing and developing video games. I'm committed to continuous learning and applying my newfound knowledge in all of my work, and will strive to always find the best solution to the problems I solve.

So why game dev? Game development in particular has always been the goal. It's something I've always dreamt about, but never got to doing… until about 5 years ago. I had enough, and thought to myself "what's stopping me?" I've always held video games close to my heart. Growing up I would constantly have hour long daydreams about creating my own. And across the years, I've made countless memories, friends, and memorable victories (and even more memorable defeats </3 ).

But it’s never been a question since I got my hands on a computer that this is what I want to do. I want to pave the way for players like me, to feel the same passion that I do. I want to contribute to the kind of game that fosters creative thought, passion, and community; the same fun, immersive worlds that had me sneaking on my computer late on a school night just to get a couple more games in.
